Terms & Conditions

Hello Nurse provides mobile IV drip therapy, vitamin injections, NAD+ therapy, GLP-1 weight-management programs, and related wellness services across the Dallas & Surrounding Areas and Austin & Surrounding Areas. All therapies are administered by licensed Registered Nurses (BSN) under the supervision of our Medical Director.

Every new client must complete a one-time Good Faith Exam ($20, annually) before receiving any therapy. The exam is performed by our supervising physician and confirms treatment is safe and appropriate for you.

• No deposit is required to reserve your visit. Your booking is confirmed once a Hello Nurse team member reaches out to verify details.
• Payment is collected at your appointment — you can pay by card, contactless, or another method arranged with your nurse.
• Prices, add-ons, and after-hours fees are shown at booking and confirmed by your practitioner before treatment begins.

• 24+ hours in advance: Cancel or reschedule at no cost.
• Within 24 hours: We may not be able to accommodate changes. Repeated late cancellations may affect your ability to book future visits.
• No-shows and refusals of treatment at the door are treated as same-day cancellations.

You may reschedule at no charge up to 24 hours before your visit. Requests inside 24 hours are subject to practitioner availability.

Standard rates apply 8 AM – 7 PM. After-hours service fees:

• 8 PM: +$100
• 9 PM: +$150
• 10 PM – 7 AM: +$200

When you submit our booking or contact form, Hello Nurse will send you transactional messages related to your visit:

• Email: a booking confirmation, an appointment reminder approximately 2 hours before your visit, and a post-visit follow-up.
• SMS (text message), optional: if you check the SMS opt-in box on the booking form, we will also send you a reminder text approximately 2 hours before your visit and a short follow-up text after your visit. Expect a maximum of 2 SMS messages per booking.
• Opt out anytime: reply STOP to any text to opt out of future SMS. Reply HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply — check with your mobile carrier.
• We do not send marketing, promotional, or third-party SMS. Your phone number is used only to contact you about your appointment and is never sold or shared.

You agree to truthfully disclose all relevant medical conditions, medications, allergies, and pregnancy status before treatment. Our Registered Nurse reserves the right to decline or postpone service if any safety concern arises. You acknowledge the inherent risks of IV therapy, including but not limited to bruising, discomfort at the injection site, and, rarely, allergic reaction.

Clients must be at least 18 years old. Minors require the consent and presence of a parent or legal guardian.
