Yes. Your membership is valid across our entire Dallas and Austin service area — we come to you, whether that's home, office, or hotel. New clients may be asked to complete a quick intake so our medical team can review it before the first visit.
Yes. Any credits you don't use stay active in your account for six months from the month they were earned. After that period, they expire.
Billing is monthly, with an initial six-month commitment for the Premium, Essential, and Student memberships, and month-to-month for the Shot Pass. Early cancellation is available for a fee. Monthly memberships renew automatically. To cancel, freeze, or change a membership, email us at least 30 days before your next auto-pay with "membership cancellation, hold, or change" in the subject line — we'll confirm within seven business days.

Yes — memberships can be frozen for up to three months per year. Just email us at least 30 days before your next auto-pay. During a freeze you keep access to your member benefits but aren't billed and don't accrue new credits. After three months, your membership reactivates automatically.
Yes — members can transfer paid credits to someone else.
